		<description><![CDATA[<p>SUBIC Bay Freeport: Singaporian firm Keppel Philippines announced it would expand its facilities in Subic and Batangas due to high demand for ship repairs.</p>
<p>Reports said that Keppel is in advance stages of its proposal to expand its operation in both location with the Board of Investments.</p>
<p>The company is more on ship repair rather that building.,officials say that market for new ship are declining while demand on repair, maintenance and operation for existing ships is growing.</p>

<p>Some 230 families who were former setters of Sitio Agusuhin which is now being occupied by Hanjin Shipyard was demolished after Pamana Inc. claimed the 14 hectare land they were occupying in Barangay Cawad Subic, Zambales for almost 5 years now.</p>
