		<description><![CDATA[<p>Harbour Centre Port Terminal, Inc. (HCPTI) and the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) has signed a P6 billion agreement paving the way for HCPTI to develop several port in this Freeport.</p>
<p>HCTPI is the country’s largest private commercial port operator for non-containerized cargo.</p>
<p>Officials of SBMA have planned to turn Subic into the biggest industrial port and logistics hub in the Northern  Luzon area.</p>
