		<description><![CDATA[<p>SUBIC BAY Freeport: A TOP official of the Subic Bay Freeport Chamber of Commerce (SBFCC) brushed off the suggestion of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. that freeports should be closed down to curb oil smuggling.</p>
<p>SBFCC President Danny Piano said that Pilipinas Shell President Edgar Chua could have made that statement in an emotional haste.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) and the Subic Bay Freeport Chamber of Commerce recently singed a memorandum of agreement in an effort to market Subic as a retirement heaven.</p>
