The ban covers manufacture, sale distribution, possession and use of firecrackers or pyrotechnic device within the territorial jurisdiction of Olongapo City.

Smoke filled the city mostly coming from firecrackers, fountains, kuwitis and firework display by resident from all 17 barangays.
