		<description><![CDATA[<p>SUBIC Bay Freeport: Singaporian firm Keppel Philippines announced it would expand its facilities in Subic and Batangas due to high demand for ship repairs.</p>
<p>Reports said that Keppel is in advance stages of its proposal to expand its operation in both location with the Board of Investments.</p>
<p>The company is more on ship repair rather that building.,officials say that market for new ship are declining while demand on repair, maintenance and operation for existing ships is growing.</p>
