		<description><![CDATA[<p>SUBIC Bay Freeport: Locators inside this Freeport, headed by Subic Bay Freeport Chamber of Commerce (SBFCC) President Danny Piano, protested the new Bureau of Revenue (BIR) order implementing taxes on oil products here.</p>
<p>This after the BIR issued last week Revenue Regulation-2-2012 that would tax oil companies even those inside the Freeport zones starting next week.</p>
<p>The BIR however noted that it would be refunded if buyers can show proof that the oil products were consumed inside the Freeport.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>Iba, Zambales: The province of Bulacan dominated the Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association (CLRAA) besting out 17 other division in the region as it formally close today at the Zambales sports complex.</p>
<p>Bulacan gathered 499.66 overall points while second place went to Pampanga with a total 358 points. Tthe city of Olongapo came in third with a total of 247.91 points.</p>
