Liberal Party presidential standard bearer Senator Benigno ‘Noynoy’ Aquino got a taste of the local political climate in the city during his visit here Thursday.

Zambales vice gov candidate shot dead

A vice gubernatorial candidate in the province of Zambales was shot dead by two unidentified gunmen in Barangay Mabangit, Cabangan Zambales Sunday morning.

P/Chief Insp. Rogelio Penones head of the provincial Criminal Investigation and Detection Group identified the victim as Willie Viloria, 44, a resident of said barangay who si running as an independent for vice governor in the province.

Magsaysay ends 30 years of drought for thousands of residents

Some 1,000 families living in the ridge of barangay Kalaklan and Barretto finally got running water after 30 years of neglect.
