		<description><![CDATA[<p>IBA, Zambales: The provincial government of Zambales has beefed up its medical and health program with 3 brand new ambulances and 3 new incubators donated by a private company last week.</p>
<p>Zambales governor Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. said that the new medical equipments will help in their steps to bring health and medical services directly to the barangay.</p>
<p>He added that the province is finalizing the mobile clinic program in order to reach out to as many residents as they can.</p>

<p>IBA, Zambales:  Some 13,000 delegates from 18 school divisions in Central Luzon will battle it out today, Monday, during the start of the five-day Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association (CLRAA).</p>
<p>The province recently did a P100 million facelift of its sports complex, which now boasts of a rubberized track oval, a renovated Olympic-size swimming pool, rehabilitated gymnasium, grandstands and bleachers, and a new athletes’ dormitory, which is still under construction.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>IBA Zambales: Three major projects were inaugurated here this week as part of the development program of the provincial government.</p>
<p>Governor Jun Ebdane inaugurated the rehabilitated segment of Carael National Highway in the town of Botolan, which was damage heavily during the past rainy season.</p>
<p>According to Governor Jun Ebdane, the rehabilitation works, which connects the northern and southern parts of the province, worth P50 million.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>Former public works secretary Hermogenes Ebdane was proclaimed winner by the Commission on Election (COMELEC) as the new governor of Zambales Thursday afternoon.</p>
