I couldn’t help to comment on the anti Wang-Wang trend. This has been the mark of PNoy’s speech during his inaugural. I think this is the order that he did not need to write to enforce it. President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo made Subic her last stop for her Luzon Urban Beltway tour that started last week.
