Biography:
Born April 12, 1977, married to Soledad “SOL” Malisua de Castro, with 1 child, Kyle M. de Castro.
Studied in St. Joseph’s Elementary School, Olongapo City for his elementary education, and graduated in St. Joseph’s High School Olongapo City for high school. He finished his Bachelor of Science Major in Management from the Columban College, Olongapo City.
By 1995 he became the Store Supervisor of Videocity Olongapo branch and just after a year he was promoted as Store Manager, He transferred to Mart 1 Olongapo City after 10 years of service at Videocity with the position as Store Supervisor and after a year He was hired as the Local Legislative Staff of Coun. John Carlos delos Reyes and from there he became the partner of Coun. JC for his battle against Graft and Corruption in Olongapo City, is an advocate of human rights together with Councilor. JC delos Reyes.
The organizations he helped propagate as an active member was the ‘Ang Kapatiran’ or the Alliance for the Common Good, a registered national political party that seeks to promote platform based politics and a political culture centered on genuine social concern.
Presently, he is the local candidate of the ANG KAPATIRAN PARTY for Olongapo City for City Councilor and plan to continue the fight together with Coun. JC for CHANGE.
His passion and mission is to unceasingly work to fight massive, enslaving poverty caused by traditional politics “Trapo’s” or the politics of greed and hypocrisy.

he is also an Alumnus of the St. Joseph Parish Knight of the Altar Alumni Association (SJPKAAA). if i can remember it correctly he serves st Joseph parish from 1990-1994. in 93 he became the Grand knight. from then on he usually visits and help the said parish in any way he could specially during his free time, Christmas and Holy week…
