Photo Feature: Olongapo’s Santa Cops

Lady Cops from the Olongapo City Police Office (OCPO) do their version of Santa Cops giving away gifts to children all over the city. The gift giving activity is part of OCPO’s community relations program which has been subject to numerous awards.  Photos by David and Anthony Bayarong.
