1 ½ kilo of Marijuana confiscated by police

Olongapo City: Authrothies here arrestedtwo suspect drug pusher and confiscated one and a half kilo of brick marijuana in barangay New Cabalan Tuesday.

In a joint operations of the Zambales Criminal Investigation and Detection Group and the Criminal Investigation Unit, City Anti Illegal Drugs Special Operation Taskforce of the Olongapo City Police Office headed by PCINSP Julius Domingo in coordination with the Philipipne Drug Enforcement Agency Region III conducted a buy bust operation and arrested suspected drug pushers Anthony Alonzo, 30, a resident of Yellow Bell St. and Narciso Bautista, 28, a resident of Silahis St also in New Cabalan.

Recovered from the suspect were 2 bricks of marijuana from Alonzo while another 6 sachets of marijuana was recovered from Bautista totaling to one and a half kilo (1,500.00gms).

Violation of section 26-B (conspiracy) in relations to Sec 5 (selling) and Sec 11 (possession) article II of RA 9165 has been filed against the suspect.
